Trauma Work

As experts in trauma, we know that ptsd really is a "shame" problem. The feelings you carry are not yours to carry. You will carry it and it will infect you on all levels. The key is to do healing work, particularly EMDR, that helps your neural network and the hemispheres of your brain to collaborate in understanding that the shame is the perpetrator's burden and not yours. You were always a pure brilliant being, worthy of safety and love and compassion. PTSD is treatable and the remarkable ability of people to be shown their own brilliance and courage and strength instead of their fear and shame and feelings of worthlessness is so profound. I am blessed to see these miraculous results and epiphanies and deep healings daily with amazing people.
